Youth Ministry & Events

Why are young people important? Because these years are formative, socially and psychologically. And also because they are formative from a religious view. People who fall away from faith often do so during times of alienation. Young people are defined as young ages 12-18 in junior high or high school.

Youth Ministry Goals

The Catholic Parishes of the Blue Hills is proud to be developing a comprehensive youth ministry program using the strategies advanced in the USCCB document Renewing the Vision: A Framework for Catholic Youth Ministry to accomplish these goals so that our youth can achieve the Ultimate Goal: Salvation in Jesus Christ.

Youth Ministry Events

We offer many exciting events for youth and young adults during the year! For example, we offer family movie nights, a trip to Canobie Lake Park and social and spiritual events for high school and college students! Check back on this page for a calendar of youth and young adult events!


Social Events

We also schedule events during February and April break as well as over the summer for high school and college students. Check this page for updates on those events as they occur!
