"Everyone is judged. You can't turn on the TV but to see a show that judges the people involved. Sport shows, game shows, music shows , cooking shows and the list goes on and on. Unfortunately, the judging has gone beyond the TV. We judge one another. We are all guilty in some way or another of judging another. We judge appearances, talents, education, and each others behavior. Sometimes our judgement is positive and sometimes hurtful. It’s not right and it’s not fair.

We don’t know another persons story. The why, the what they are going through, or the behind the scene. My Mother always told us that we had no right to judge anyone since that was up to God and if what someone had done was a “sin” it was between them and God not us.

So next time you have the urge to judge remember that we don’t have all the facts. We have not walked in their shoes. Instead lets offer support, think the best of them and care for one another.

'Watch out for the joy-stealers: gossip, criticism, complaining, faultfinding, and a negative, judgmental attitude'. "
