This summer, nearly 2,000 Catholic teens will attend the Steubenville NYC Youth Conference and experience the joy of following Christ and experiencing His love REVEALED. Over 60,000 will attend a Steubenville conference in the United States this summer.

What is Steubenville NYC?
Steubenville NYC is a high-energy youth conference where thousands of teens are invited to encounter Jesus Christ through dynamic speakers, engaging music, the Sacraments, small group discussions, and fellowship with other teens.

When is it?
Friday to Sunday, July 20-22, 2018.

Where is it held?
Steubenville NYC will take place at the Carnesecca Arena on the campus of St. John’s University in Queens, New York. Only minutes from Manhattan by car, bus or train, the 105-acre Queens campus offers a traditional university environment in the world’s most dynamic city. SJU’s Queens campus features broad lawns, handsome stone buildings and ultramodern student residence halls. Combining urban excitement with suburban tranquility, the campus is located in a leafy, residential area of one of the five boroughs, or counties, that make up New York City. Conference participants will stay in dorms on campus. Meals will take place at dining halls on campus and housing will be in various dorms on campus.

Who can attend Steubenville NYC?
Incoming high school freshman and graduated high school seniors. All chaperones, must be over 21 years old or in line with your diocesan policy. If you are between 18-21 years of age, you may attend the conference as a small group leader with your group and NOT a chaperone.

How many adults will go?
The guidelines from the Archdiocese of New York require 1 adult chaperone per 8 teenagers. No teenagers will be allowed to drive to or from the conference site.

How will the kids get there?
We will be renting a bus. The bus will be more than $2,000, and is not included in the fee for the weekend. We will be doing fundraisers to raise this money, and any extra money raised will be applied to the cost of the weekend.

How much does it cost?
The cost of the weekend is $275 and includes 2 nights stay, all food, and all events. It does not include transportation.

What is the cancellation policy?
The $275 is due when registering. If for some reason you must cancel, we will try to sell your spot to someone else. If we succeed, we will be happy to refund your money.

What is the deadline to register?
Registration opens January 16th and usually sells out VERY quickly. Spots cannot be guaranteed after February 17th.

Do the kids get Confirmation points?
Yes, 150 points are provided toward confirmation once the registration form and money are received.
